A ToolKit

In the back of my journal, I keep one master list of tools that I can use in any given moment of uncertainty, fear, sadness, loneliness, flighty energy, anxiety, lack, and... A big part of staying spiritually grounded is having one large spiritual toolbox with a variety of tools that one can pull out to remedy any problem with its compatible tool(s).

With so many vast tools out there, unless you have your toolkit pretty well organized, with the tools that have proven effective for you organized and readily available, the moment that life feels unearthed, it’s hard for us to have the clarity to deal with it. So it's important to create your perfect toolkit. Keep a master list on your phone, journal, or anything else that you might have around - often. It needn’t be extensive. Simply a master list. For example, the first five on my list of about 50 are 1. workout 2. Vedic meditation & mudras 3. toss out anxiety provoking foods (sugar, booze, gluten) 4. Forgive me and anyone/anything bothering me 5. List of awareness
