NATIVE week No. 78 • Intuiting

Lately, we've been turning our minds off and moving into our bodies for all of the answers. Essentially, we've been taking an information detox and going straight to the source to see what it needs and what it wants. Here's a little round up about how we are intuiting (and how it's been more successful than all of the protocols we "think" we're supposed to be following).

SUN BABY! When I received the Biomat, I started noticing how much my body was craving heat. So I started leaning into the sun. Yes! Twice a day, sun gazing and naked bathing without sunscreen. Listen to this and this. And you're soon to follow suit. Nothing has intuitively felt more correct. 

Every day, when I'm finishing my DRE, in the hypnotic state, I ask my body what nourishment it needs for the day, what portion sizes, and what it needs to heal. Lately, it's asked for melon, blueberries, artichoke, rest and nature. Every day is something different. Then I act and eat accordingly. It's literally telling me what micronutrients and cellular healing it needs for this process, and that's speeding everything up! 

I now actively follow this dental process. Maybe this whole post should just be about the brilliance of Nadine Artemis. Becuase of her, in the last three years, I've stopped wearing bras in the name of lymph and breast health. I no longer wear panties under dresses for V microbiome, I only wash "pits and privates" (as she puts it) for skin microbiome, I massage my breasts...and so much more! 

Did you know that sunbathing tones your muscles? YEP, you'll learn about that in in the above podcasts. Therefore, it's no surprise that I've also been very easy on my body by moving to its request. As little and as much as it wants. Some days that's a walk, some days it's a full HIT. Others, it's stretching, and other's it's napping. I'd like to report that this is the first month I've had very little hormonal chaos and I'm thinner and less bloated than usual.

And I'm living in thesethis, and this! Truly, accessories are what makes someone's style. You could dress up pj's with accessories and they'd look super chic.

My main intention for 2018 was to truly tune inwards and learn to follow my own intuition and PINGS, rather than fear and old programming. Now, half-way through this year (can you believe it?!) I can honestly say I've learned so much more about myself and feel as though I'm finally embarking on the right path by doing just that. Here are a few ways I'm dialing into my inner voice and intuition.

Free fall. There's nothing like jumping off a cliff of fear to build trust with The Universe. How does this look like for me recently? Being super straightforward with any potential (or absolutely not potential) boys that come in and out of my life. This was one of the hardest things for me to do, but now I just send what's on my mind and hey, it's working!

Listening to what my PINGS feel like. I used to ignore, not recognize or be too afraid to follow PINGS when they hit. Becoming more intuitive has made these PINGS so much louder. Now I follow these impulses. Giving myself more quiet time has allowed for this to happen. And hey! More manifestations are coming through. Like a COS jacket, similar to this jacket, Lacy gifted me....and I had been calling in for nearly 1.5 years. 

STOP googling about food and nutrition. Just stop it. If you ask me, information overload is seriously plaguing our society. This was a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember and it totally diluted how I listen to my body. Now I'm working on rewiring my brain to tune in and hear what my body actually wants. It's been craving nutrient-dense smoothies with loads of collagen, sprouted pepitas and berries.

As you all may know, I'm deep in my skin journey and trying to tune inwards to listen to what my body is trying to tell me through these pimple tantrums. I'm still uncertain whether or not it's truly coming from the IUD, so I'm focusing on the water I'm consuming & getting more sun exposure (thanks to Lacy's above podcast recommendations!!) until I am capable of removing the IUD. I'm trying to intuit whether or not I should commit to an expensive water filter. I'm hearing yes, so I may just jump on this guy.

In the meantime, this Earth Tonics cleanser is SERIOUSLY working wonders
