Two of you asked me (on Instagram) to do a post on the podcasts I've been listening to lately, so here are my favorite podcasts right now.
Why I love it | best destination for wellness info. My all-time favorite.
PARDON MY FRENCH | Pardon My French is a podcast hosted by Garance Doré, founder of the eponymous website, author of the New York Times best-selling book Love Style Life, and CFDA award winning writer, illustrator and photographer. Grounded in her love for fashion, creativity and self-expression, here she shares stories and her point-of-view on everyday subjects with her guests, in a relaxed and open conversation.
Why I love it | I find Garance to be incredibly grounded, fun, and humble. I love her guests - Gwyenth Paltrow being my favorite yet, and I always pick up a little nugget of advice from each episode.
THE LIFE STYLIST | The Life Stylist Podcast is a show for people who are dedicated to living life at the highest level of human potential. Luke Storey brings you the most thought-provoking interviews with the biggest experts in the fields of health, spirituality, and personal development.
Why I love it | I must admit that I'm not very drawn to the host but I do LOVE most of the guests, and I learn a ton from each of them.
TIM FERRISS | Tim Ferriss is a self-experimenter and bestselling author, best known for The 4-Hour Workweek. In this show, he deconstructs world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, chess, pro sports, etc.), digging deep to find the tools, tactics, and tricks that listeners can use.
Why I love it | Same goes for this Podcast. Not very drawn to the host but obsessed with his guests and what I learn from them.
ON BEING | On Being takes up the big questions of meaning with scientists and theologians, artists and teachers — some you know and others you'll love to meet. Each week a new discovery about the immensity of our lives
Why I love it | This podcast truly expands me.
HOW I BUILT THIS | How I Built This is a podcast about innovators, entrepreneurs, and idealists, and the stories behind the movements they built.
Why I love it | as an entrepreneur, it resonates deeply.
