I really couldn't think of a better way to kick off this week than ordering Nourishing Traditions. Sally Fallon dispels the myths of the current low-fat fad in this practical, entertaining guide to a can-do diet that is both nutritious and delicious based on the pioneering work of Dr. Weston A. Price, and the food choices and food preparation techniques of healthy nonindustrialized peoples from around the world.
